We refresh the premium feed daily and add new qualifying listings as our sources publish them, so an opportunity typically shows up within a day of the source dealer posting it.

Confidence weights the sample size behind our destination-market median, the median's deviation from comparable listings, and how recently we've seen similar sales clear. A 90+ confidence opportunity has dozens of recent comparables; a 50–60 one is directionally useful but you'll want to verify before committing capital.

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference; downgrades apply at the next renewal.

Every self-serve plan includes a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start so we can continue automatically when the trial ends, but nothing is charged during the trial. Starter, Pro, and Max are month-to-month with no long-term lock-in.

Direct DMS integrations are in design for v2. For now, the CSV export pipes cleanly into the most common intake workflows — it drops into Dealertrack and CDK intake, and works with Zapier without custom code.
